"On the average, homeschooled kids score better than public schooled kids, especially on the ACT and SAT tests. Harvard and other top schools have been recruiting homeschooled kids because they are more mature and more advanced in their studies. Look it up."

Where do I look this up?

You failed to mention that WorldNet did post a link so the reader could go and see the original unedited story. I read the full account and yes the family was in question over certain past events that led up to the court hearing. However, the way that the pronouncement was written, and on purpose, could be taken as inclusive to all homeschooling families. The judge did not make the proper assignment of the decision to be only for the family in question. It was left wide open. Homeschooling works well for many children.
