None of these is directly about education.
- Closing the Las Vegas Loophole.(technically this was done outside of the budget process).
- Enabling the creation of Regional Transit Authorities. The final version is far from perfect, but in general a good thing.
- Increasing the tax by 1% on those earning over $300,000.
What did I miss? Are there any other positive steps (not just “could have been worse” things)?

Other things mentioned to me: UW tuition for immigrants, sparsity aid for some school districts, addressing the property tax situation for non profit housing providers, some adjustments with the homestead tax credit.
